This course delves deeply into the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor, examining its role in movement and breathing. It will address potential dysfunctions and preventative strategies. Our curriculum blends rigorous scientific research with a holistic approach to understanding this vital aspect of women’s health.
Prerequisite for all courses in the curriculm

This course serves as the introductory level to our myofascial release methods. It incorporates functional movements, optionally assisted by the subtle pressure of small balls, to alleviate fascial tightness. Our gentle, non-invasive approach empowers you to equip your clients with the skills needed to attain a relaxed body independently and peacefully in their own environment.

Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Modules

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the anatomical and physiological changes during pregnancy and the postpartum period, including the evolution of a woman’s posture across the four trimesters. The practical component focuses on safe and effective mat exercises tailored for Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga Instructors.

This course explores safe and effective exercises using the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac, tailored specifically for each trimester with detailed program design.

This course delves into the anatomy and physiology associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period, detailing the changes in a woman’s posture throughout the four trimesters. The practical component provides guidance on safe and effective mat exercises, making it ideal for Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga Instructors.
Menopause Modules

This course examines the symptoms of menopause and its impact on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the female body. It includes specific principles for exercise planning and introduces creative exercises suitable for Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga instructors.

This course introduces innovative and challenging exercises on Pilates Equipment, building on the principles outlined in the Menopause Mat course.
Certifications

Our Pre and Postnatal track provides a thorough and holistic methodology for crafting and delivering programs to pre and postnatal clients. The Pre and Postnatal Specialist certification is available through in-person, livestream, or on-demand online formats. This certification is designed for Fitness, Yoga, and Pilates instructors. The Pilates-specific certification features hands-on exercises using the Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac, with tailored program designs for each trimester.

This course explores the causes and symptoms of menopause, providing insights on how to effectively train the maturing woman as she navigates this significant life transition. Instead of viewing these changes negatively, the course highlights the physiological, physical, emotional, and mental reasons why life can improve during and after menopause. Our Menopause track delivers a complete and integrative strategy for designing and instructing programs tailored to menopausal clients.

This rehabilitative course incorporates breathwork, pelvic floor exercises, and myofascial release techniques to provide you with the necessary skills to help your clients release, realign, and restore their core muscles. The program includes a range of deep stabilizing exercises with progressions designed to help you return to your regular exercise regimen, if desired. A thorough comprehension of body mechanics will also help prevent the recurrence of this condition.
